The Brain Box Crew will aim to process all orders placed before 12pm the same day. We always use tracked delivery and will provide a
tracking number if required.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next day. Make sure you choose the best delivery method for you.

Next day delivery isn’t available on Saturdays and Sundays, as the Post Office does not process general orders on these days and Royal Mail does not deliver on Sundays. So please wait until Monday before emailing us with delivery queries on orders placed on Saturday.
- You must notify us of any errors or damage during the shipping of the product, via email, within 72 hours of the delivery date. Failure to do so will negate our liability in the matter.
- Cancelled and/or returned goods – once an order has been dispatched, you must return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Subject to goods being unopened, unused and all seals being intact, a full refund (minus any shipping or postage charges) will be given. Your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions of Trading means you agree to, and understand, the refund policy.
